Integrative Therapist

BSocSc, DipHeaSc, FDR Mediator, AMINZ Associate

Integrative therapy is a holistic healing approach where clients are supported to reconnect with the essence of their soul and spirit, the wellspring of health and purposeful living.

With over two decades of experience in mental health and esoteric healing, I draw on a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to client’s needs and developmental challenges. It’s crucial to recognize that the challenges related to personality integration differ significantly from those associated with soul or spiritual integration, necessitating customised interventions.

When you choose to embark on a session, anticipate delving into past experiences, future hopes, unmet needs and the questions you may be seeking answers to. Dreams and past life memories, fears, or spiritual experiences often form part of what needs to be addressed as our consciousness expands and fundamental soul pathways come to the fore to be anchored.

A session usually starts with an assessment of the human energy field. The human energy field is sustained by an individual’s consciousness, which is an unbroken Light continuum with higher worlds. By delving into the intricacies of this field, one can decipher the energy templates of both the higher and lower chakras, which, in my experience, serve as a valuable starting point for developing a healing plan.

I typically recommend that clients commit to more than one session. This enables a full experience, including the identification of limiting processes, connecting with the source energy, re-connecting with the higher templates, and integrating this understanding back into daily life. Ultimately, what is important is not the knowledge that we attain, but how that knowledge becomes an active part of our being.

If you are compelled to book a session, please contact me.  My practice is based in Howick in Auckland and I charge $150 for the first session and $100 for all following sessions.  Please allow 1 hour per session.

Family Mediator and Conflict Resolution Facilitator

As an accredited FDR mediator and alternate conflict resolution provider, I can access 12 hours of FREE or subsidised mediation time for New Zealand families and couples with children in crisis.

If a client does not qualify for the free service, the subsidised cost is $448.50 per person, including GST. This 12 hours of support includes access to a child specialist, preparation for mediation coaching, the mediation, an outcome agreement and the necessary documentation to access the Family Court if further support is required.

No relationship, family or co-parenting conflict is the same.  This is why effective interventions need to uniquely reflect a client’s choices, capacities and circumstances.  Even when interests differ, there are still mutual benefits and savings in the right use of resolution processes and services.

If you would like to discuss your situation with me in confidence, please contact me. My services are Auckland-based, although this work can also be effectively done via Zoom or other virtual platforms.

Educator and Workshop Facilitator

The cycle is not complete unless we also pass our wisdom and skills on to the next generation of emerging artists and consciousness scholars.  I combine these modalities to offer workshops both within New Zealand and internationally.  I also facilitate study workshops based on Dr. J.J. Hurtak’s work, through the Academy for Future Science in New Zealand.
